The modern iteration of a much older idea — inspired by the transcontinental railroad, and how the railroad industry used Western ingredients to create world-class cuisine across the American West.
Who we are
Jupiter Dining provides fresh, good, interesting, farm-to-table dining experiences to the Wavetronix community and beyond. We designed the entire operation to provide great culinary jobs for our people who, in turn, provide the best possible dining experiences.
We grow our own food when we can and source from the best local farms when we cannot. We are as dedicated to food education as we are to the plate — our people constantly teach and learn from each other about every step of the food journey, from the soil to the table.

A coffee house inspired by the tradition of roadside havens — hospitality and comfort for travelers far from home. Custom drink experiences that invite you to slow down and find a little rest in the workday.

An artisanal delicatessen and market styled after a classic New York deli, named for the historic Calico Railroad. Handmade charcuterie, salads, and sandwiches alongside quality provisions — with a mission to raise the whole community’s food IQ.

A hearth-oven kitchen in the spirit of the historic Fred Harvey railway restaurants. Authentic, regionally focused cuisine on an ever-changing menu — the identity rotates to a new culinary tradition every two months, with fresh dishes every month.
